DESIGN

I am choosing from the Design Gallery. Name personalization and minor design changes, such as color changes, font changes, graphic swaps, or adding images/elements to an existing design, are included at no additional charge.
Basic Custom Design (+$10) — for ideas not currently shown in the Design Gallery, simple new themes, matching an existing concept to another product, or minimal graphic sourcing.
Advanced Custom Design (+$20) — custom pattern, multiple themes combined, detailed concept, or significant design work
Favorite Things Collage — up to 10 items (+$15)
Favorite Things Collage — 11-20 items (+$25)
Favorite Things Collage — 21+ items (+$40)

Design fees cover custom design time and may be invoiced separately if not included at checkout.

PROOF

I would like a design proof. Please note that requesting a proof may extend turnaround times. Production does not begin until proof approval is received, and approved orders are completed according to current production schedules. One revision is included; additional revisions are $10 each.
I do not require a proof and trust LCC Custom Creations to create my item based on the design details provided.

TURNAROUND TIME

I understand standard turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks.
I need this by a specific date and will include the date below. I understand that rush fees may apply and that my order is not guaranteed for that date unless LCC Custom Creations confirms availability.
