The LCC Story 🩷
Made With Lots of Love and a Little Chaos
Hi, I’m Rachel — the face behind LCC Custom Creations.
I’m a mom of three, an occupational therapist by day, and the maker behind all the custom cups, gifts, party favors, labels, and personalized goodies you see here. What started as a passion project at my kitchen table on maternity leave with my third baby turned into a business I truly love — one that lets me help people celebrate big moments, little moments, and everything in between.
LCC Custom Creations was built on the idea that personalization should feel special, fun, and actually personal. Around here, custom means custom. Whether you know exactly what you want or need help pulling it together, I love creating pieces that feel personal, practical, and perfect for you — matching your child’s favorite colors, your team mascot, your holiday table, your school gear, your party setup, or even that super specific pattern you can’t find anywhere else. If you’ve got an idea, there’s a very good chance I can bring it to life.
My style is colorful, playful, and a little extra — because I firmly believe more is more. From water bottles and mugs to gifts, travel accessories, party favors, and seasonal collections, I create items that are made to feel thoughtful, useful, and uniquely yours.
Every order is designed and made with care from my home studio, usually fueled by iced coffee, late-night work sessions, and a running mental checklist of approximately one million things. Whether you’re ordering one special gift or putting together a full matching set, I want the process to feel easy, collaborative, and exciting.
Thank you so much for being here and supporting my small business. It truly means the world to me.
I’m so glad you found LCC Custom Creations — and I can’t wait to make something you love.
Rachel
Chandler- Vice President of Unpaid Operations
Every small business needs a solid operations team… and my husband landed the job. He didn’t ask for this job, he’s never been officially hired, and unfortunately for him… there’s no way to quit.
Chandler is responsible for every single USPS, UPS, and FedEx drop-off, making sure your orders actually make it out the door and on their way to you. He’s also the resident “warehouse stock manager,” reorganizing shelves when new inventory arrives, reaching the things I can’t, and somehow always finding the perfect box size when I’m convinced nothing will fit.
Over time he’s also become an expert cup presser, heat gun operator, and order list cross-checker, helping make sure names, quantities, and giant orders are packed exactly right.
Basically, if something ships smoothly, fits perfectly in a box, or shows up exactly how it should — there’s a very good chance he had a hand in it.
Landon — Assistant Sticker Manager
Landon is my most enthusiastic helper in the studio and takes his job of stickering packages and bags very seriously. If your order arrives with a sticker on it, there’s a good chance he was involved.
He’s also become very helpful when items are needed quickly — whether that’s grabbing the correct colored lids, pressing buttons on machines, or running supplies back and forth between multiple desks while I’m in the middle of an order marathon.
He proudly applies stickers with great confidence and enthusiasm… which occasionally means they might be slightly imperfect, but that’s part of the charm when your assistant is five.
He also considers himself the studio’s official product tester and is always first in line to check out anything new that arrives.
Between helping pack orders and placing finished items into the pickup bin, he takes his role in the business very seriously — and makes the studio a lot more fun.
Connor — Chief Studio Chaos Coordinator
Connor’s role in the studio is… less helpful, but significantly cuter.
He likes to casually wander in right when I’m in the middle of packaging 38 orders and start reorganizing things that absolutely did not need reorganizing. His favorite piece of equipment is the automatic tape dispenser, which I’ll often hear go off from the other room — only to walk in and find him taping his fingers together or carefully covering the legs of my desk.
He can find something to make a mess with in record time and loves to keep me on my toes by suddenly appearing with a random glass from inventory or opening (and sometimes dropping) my printer ink.
He’s also the most detail-oriented member of the team and somehow notices every single time something in the studio has been moved or when anything new arrives.
Despite the chaos, he loves a cuddle, will happily climb onto my lap in the middle of whatever I’m doing, and has been known to steal my iced coffee or Diet Coke and refuse to give it back.
Chloe — Head of Durability Testing
Chloe is the baby of the crew at just 1.5 and is essentially my wingwoman/right-hand man — usually quite literally attached to my arm or leg while I’m working.
She has single-handedly taught me how to perform almost every job in the studio with one hand and can empty a drawer or box of supplies in record time.
Chloe also takes her role in product durability testing very seriously and regularly evaluates items by dropping them off impressively high surfaces.
She’s also the studio’s official apparel tester, always happy to try on anything new that arrives — and serves as the team’s resident source of extreme cuteness and cuddles.
